Johan Mulder (born 1969) grew up surrounded by the lifts and tires of his parents' Peugeot dealership. After graduating from the renowned MTS Autotechniek (Medium Technical College for Automotive Technology) in Apeldoorn, he gained several years of experience at various dealerships in the Netherlands and abroad.

For eight years he was director of a dealership where he was responsible for sales and after-sales.

After earning a bachelor's degree in education (English), he worked as an English teacher. Didactics, pedagogy, and motivating young adults were his daily bread.

After working for many years as a trainer/developer at an automotive training agency, Johan started Mulder Training Solutions in 2011.

Johan is an internationally oriented trainer/training designer with broad experience in different parts of the world and works for various local and international clients.
